车刻机用抛光轮

一种安装在半自动玻璃车刻机或CNC数控玻璃车刻机上对玻璃表面进行车刻抛光的磨具。它是由特殊的高分子材料与很锋利的氧化铝，碳化硅和一些填充材料进行混合反应而制作。具有优良的弹性和抛光效率。其特点是形状保持长久，经抛光后的玻璃沟槽光亮度非常好。典型的玻璃车刻加工工艺：金刚石粗磨轮→金刚石树脂轮→车刻机用抛光轮。 It is a kind of polishing wheel installed in semi-automatic glass engraving machine and CNC glass engraving machine. Made from high flexible macromolecule, aluminum oxide, silicon carbide and some stuffing, the polishing wheels have good flexibility and polishing efficiency. The characteristics of the wheel are long-last shape keeping and the brightness degree of the glass groove is very high after grinding.
